I had the honor of documenting
the quinceanera of Franzia
a couple weekends ago in Missouri.
It was a day of celebration in her honor.
I can't explain the love her family has for her.
I was truly blessed to witness the love,
joy and happiness that surrounded the day.
It was a day full of events, all in Franzia's honor.
From her walking down the aisle with her parents,
the blessings,
the giving of the cross pendant,
butterfly release and horse drawn carriage,
outfit changes and
choreographed dance,
confetti guns, pink anything,
gorgeous pink decor and centerpieces,
two bands including a mariachi,
3 candy bar tables full of nothing but pink treats,
a cotton candy maker with pink cotton candy,
marble slab creamery,
the father-daughter dances,
a photo booth,
an endless buffet of delicious food,
tons of sequins, glitter and
rhinestones dripping off of everything,
and last but not least (my favorite)
a combined height in
high heels, so high it could
equal no less than 100 feet.
No joke, I was in shoe heaven,
wishing I could just look at a pair
and they would magically appear in my
closet. Sadly, it did not work. ;)
Anyways,
to say the least the day was perfect and pink.
I enjoyed being apart of this family
for such a joyous celebration.
Thank you for allowing me to capture your memories.
